I am very pleased with this griddle. It heats very evenly and has a very large cooking surface. Our family uses it most for cooking pancakes. They all cook evenly, no matter where on the griddle they are. The surface is also easy to clean.

This griddle is HUGE!!! Received it 4 days ago and already used it twice. I was able to cook 9 decent sized pancakes simultaeously. The next day I cooked an entire pound of bacon and it drained pretty well.
The heating element has edge to edge coverage with only a couple of hot spots (a couple of dark lines on the pancakes) I haven't checked the actualy surface temperature with my meter but the temperature dial seems to be pretty accurate.
I'd have to give this one two thumbs up, it's got a good beat and I can dance to it!!

My 6 month old, used twice black and decker was a dud. Half the cooking surface stopped working and the warranty from Target and Black/decker was of no help. Warranty was worse than no help, a waste of hours trying to get someone to give me a new one.
Be smart buy US made Presto product with a large cooking surface that has even heat over the entire surface.
